Methi Malai Paneer |Spice Rituals Methi Malai Paneer : Enjoy this   rich creamy Paneer recipe prepared with fresh fenugreek leaves. RECIPE VIDEO Watch On YouTube  Watch On Facebook  INGREDIENTS 2 tbsp cooking oil 1 tsp cumin seeds 1/2 tbsp garlic grated 1/2 tbsp ginger grated 1 cup onion chopped 1/2 tbsp salt 2 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp turmeric powder 2 tsp   coriander powder 3/4 cup tomato puree 1 green chilli 2 tbsp yogurt/curd 2 tsp fenugreek leaves dry. 1 cup fresh fenugreek leaves 2 tsp garam masala(All spice mix) 1/2 cup paneer/Indian cottage cheese   2 tbsp fresh cream / Heavy whipping cream 1 tbsp cilantro/coriander leaves.   INSTRUCTIONS In a pan heat cooking oil and add cumin seeds. Add garlic, ginger and cook till the raw smell of garlic is gone.   Add onion and sauté for 2-3 min.   Cover and cook for 3-4 min , once onions are soft add dry spices - Salt , Red chilli powder , turmeric and coriander powder.   Add some water to avoid masala from burning.   Add tomato puree a

RECIPE VIDEO Watch On YouTube  Watch On Facebook  INGREDIENTS 2 tbsp cooking oil 1 tsp cumin seeds 1 pinch asafoetida 1/2 cup onion 3/4 cup potato 1/2 tbsp garlic 1/2 tbsp ginger 1 tsp turmeric 1 tsp red chilli powder 2 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp dry mango powder 1 tsp salt 1/2 cup tomato 1/2 cup Capsicum / bell pepper 1 tsp garam masala. INSTRUCTIONS In a pan add cooking oil Add cumin in heated oil and add pinch of asafoetida/heing. Add onion and sute for 1-2 min Add Potato and sauté onion and potato together for 3-4 minutes. Add ginger and garlic and cover. Cook for 2 -3 minutes. Add dry spices - chilli powder , dry mango powder and salt. Add tomato and cooke for 1-2 min. Add some water to avoid masala from burning.
